Los Bollos de Sarith is not only a traditional delight of the Atlántico region but also a legacy passed down through generations. Sarith and her family, originally from Ponedera, have kept the tradition of making bollos alive—a craft that began with her great-great-grandmother. Their specialties include a variety of flavors and textures: corn bollo, corn fritter, yuca bollo, yuca bollo with coconut, yuca bollo with panela, angelito bollo, and bollo limpio with cheese.
